Thank you for visiting my website and being part of my journey to turn my love of exercise and it's positive effects, into a job... not that I can really call it a job! Exercise has always been an integral part of my life and a constant, there through whatever life has thrown at me, good and bad. It has always lifted me when I have needed... it is my natural HIGH and one I can never get enough of!

My love of exercise truly began at the age of 8 when I started racing cross country. I continued to race cross country and on track up until I graduated from the University of Leeds with a Degree in Mathematics. I competed in multiple events on the track and field through the years but my main discipline was the 400 meters. I reached county level standard.

After graduating, I entered the city lifestyle but always ran and trained hard. I worked as a business analyst within the insurance and investment management sectors for 13 years. In November 2013 I decided to take a career redirection and completed my Level 2 gym instructor and Level 3 personal training certificates. Since then I have never looked back. I have also completed a Level 2 kettle bell instructor certificate, Level 3 award in Designing Pre and Post Natal Exercise Programmes and Level 2 Total group instructor Training. All have been completed through Premier Training International. I also have over thirty years running experience which spans multiple disciplines. 

If you choose to train with me... and I hope you do, you can be sure it will be well structured, challenging, motivational and rewarding... my aim is to get all those who train with me to their own natural HIGH, which they will want to revisit again and again. Exercise, fitness and good health should be a way of life, not a chore and I am here to help introduce that to you or to enhance it if you already experience it. What have you got to loose?
