Belinda

To date my friend, Melissa, and I have had 7 joint sessions with Annette.  We met Annette whilst training at our gym when she came over to offer some tips and techniques, having always been slightly intimidated by personal trainers, it was refreshing to find Annette very approachable.  We signed up to train with her and have not looked back since. 

She has spent time getting to understand our individual needs, setting us training plans to deliver short, medium and long term goals.  Our sessions work us hard and although we have a set program she has designed for us she keeps us on our toes by tweaking things we are doing and upping the tempo week on week but never in the intimidating way I previously imagined, we have fun whilst training.  Since signing up with Annette I have recommended her to my sister who is also now training with Annette and would not hesitate to recommend her again and again.  Thank you Annette for all the time you have spent with myself and Melissa, we thoroughly enjoy our sessions even when we ache the next day.
